Fonts that Women prefer are Garamond, Georgia or Trebuchet.
Fonts that Men prefer are Verdana or Arial.
I would like you to comment on this:
Is this correct or not? What kind of font do you use or like to see?
The statements are based on my observations of fonts used by different people - in their mails, blogs, etc.
I prefer - Verdana or Tahoma mostly. Not sure what would women prefer, I've never noticed.
ReplyDeleteMy personal faves are Trebuchet & Tahoma. I have noticed men prefer Arial & Times New Roman. [I attribute this to their laziness, coz most applications has default font as Arial :-p]
ReplyDeleteSo far so good. One man prefers Verdana, one woman prefers Trebuchet. Keep the comments coming, folks.
ReplyDeleteIt depends on where I am! At work, it is Verana for internal work, and Arial for the Ministerial and formal papers etc..
ReplyDeleteBut at home, its Comics Sans all the way!!!
Bernie
Thanks, Bernie. Verdana scores again :)
ReplyDeleteInterestingly...I prefer using either Trebuchet or Verdana.
ReplyDeletePrefer Tahoma, Trebuchet and Franklin Gothic Medium
ReplyDeleteDepends on what I'm doing. I like sanserif fonts for some projects, but for most formal things, like business letters, my resume, etc., I like the heft of a serif font. Two of my websites/blogs are in a sanserif font, one is serif, but that's to preserve an old-timey feeling. I guess the answer is that, for things that are clearly of the web, sanserif, for things that emulate printed material, serif.
ReplyDeleteI would say I like Comics Sans the most. My second choice would be Times New Roman.
ReplyDeleteBut I like Arial.......
ReplyDeleteof course not.. I like arial and Verdana.
ReplyDeleteNot sure about other women..
I too prefer verdana or Arial..
ReplyDeleteno idea abt Men :(
